Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva joined the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) as an associate executive director in 2012. Over the course of the last three years, he has engaged in a variety of AAP projects, including the development of an all-new data strategy plan and the launch of the AAP Maintenance of Certification Portfolio Initiative, a project implemented in partnership with the American Board of Pediatrics. A grant recipient with the Tomorrow’s Children’s Endowment Fund of the AAP, Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva also manages activities on behalf of the National Committee Appointment Process, Annual Leadership Forum (ALF), which he serves as an executive staff member.

In addition to his Tomorrow’s Children’s Endowment Fund grant, Dr. Sachdeva has secured a Maternal and Child Health Bureau grant for the AAP through 2016. Concurrent to his work with the AAP and the ALF, he spends time as a project director with Awareness and Access to Care for Children and Youth with Epilepsy.
